NEW GOALS 2022 - X Bands Product Review


Thanks to a conversation with X Bands representatives this evening, I have new inspiration. After a week away from the gym, I was frustrated that I wasn't able to get under the heavy weights and resistance that my muscles need to grow.

As I looked through my fitness equipment, reluctantly starting an evening home workout, I decided to use my one and only resistance band for my glute workout.  After remembering my first workout with these bands, I decided to call the company to find out how they support fitness influencers.

      I went to the training portion of the website and I was blown away with the amount of exercises and videos on the site. It was like a goldmine for someone like me who is out of the gym currently and has to workout at home. I am excited to use a product that can give me the level of resistance I need on the days I can't get to the gym!

      There are at least 50 different booty exercises on the x-bands-website, and they all look exciting to do, but I was suggested to start with the basic ones above.

My narrow red x-band, as small as it is, stays put, whether I am wearing leggings or just using my bare skin. But I was encouraged to buy a a wider band with more resistance.
