Week 7 - New Habits and Instincts

I'm going into week 7; new habits are starting to stick and my instinct has been geared towards my nutrition. I've gotten myself up earlier but not have been making it to the gym much earlier than usual but this week I'm going to have to really drill down since I'm fast approaching my halfway mark. The weather is getting warm up and I did buy some new outfits yesterday so I don't want to be caught unaware when the weather starts popping because I want to be popping right along with it! Right now I'm waiting on my clothes to dry so that I can have clean things prepared for the following week. I'm also going to prepare to eat...

Week 5: Digging In

I’ve moved past the soreness of the prior week and move past the weekend. I've also Come into the week with a desire to have more palatable foods. yes the training food on the plan is limited, so I'm going to just experiment with a couple of spices and flavors and just do the best that I can. I really am looking for a sustainable way to continue eating this way! I know that it's a 90-day transformation, but I really want to make sure that it's something that I can sustain because after 90 days I don't want to go back to lose any results. Day 12 - Checking in for Week 2

What was supposed to be a training day for me ended up not being a training day at all,  but I am just going to stay on my plan. I really want to finish my sessions for this week. I don't really care about pictures  I'm not looking for results right now. I'm just glad that I have a plan to follow and I'm not shooting in the dark like I was all this time. It's hard for me to get discouraged, given what I've been through. Discouragement is almost too easy for me now. So there's nothing to do except to work the plan.  I'm not really too hung up on results or rapid results. I'm kind of really...

Day 6 - 90 Day Body Transformation with the Trainer God, J. Lopez

I've got a very interesting update. It's day 6 of 90 of my 90 day body transformation with J Lopez.  First of all let me say that I didn't think that any results were going to come in after just six it hasn't even been a full week of training. I have a hard time believing that this is what I look like after just 6 days. I've been trying to follow this plan as closely as possible; if I slip up one day I'm trying to catch up the next day. Day 5 - 90 Day Body Transformation with J. Lopez

I pushed through session three today you hear me!!!  This was the most challenging combination of exercises for my upper body that I've ever done. I didn't think I that I was going to make it through plank to push ups *after* push ups.  That plank push up really got me, but after five sets, I could feel myself getting stronger. My favorite part of my exercise training today was the assisted tricep dips. The gym  I went to today did not have their assisted machine working. So I had to kind of improvise and use a tricep pull-down machine and a combination of unassisted tricep dips. I realized how weak my chest was when I did the unassisted dips...
